Welcome to Mini Rugby at Ophir Rugby Club! Our programme is designed for boys and girls from P1 to P7 who are eager to learn and have fun on the rugby field.

Join us on Saturday mornings from 10 am to 11 am at the Sport Centre UUJ, Jordanstown Sports Village.

Mini rugby offers a fantastic opportunity for young boys and girls to develop essential skills both on and off the field.

Through structured training sessions and fun-filled matches, children not only learn the fundamentals of rugby but also cultivate teamwork, discipline, and resilience.

Engaging in mini rugby fosters physical fitness, coordination, and confidence in participants, setting a strong foundation for their athletic journey.
