Ophir RFC is inviting all interested women and girls to our coached rugby to all ages including Minis (6-12yr olds), Youth (13-18yr olds) and adults (18+). This is the start of our women's and girls teams and offer a pathway to get involved and play rugby.

The session will be facilitated by Ulster Rugby.

• All COVID regulations must be adhered to
• All attendees must complete a health assessment form before the start of training
