There was a real buzz around the pitches this morning as our Ophir Minis headed to the Cooke Mini Rugby Festival - and what a morning it turned out to be.

Across every age group, the kids gave it everything. From the youngest players finding their feet to the older groups showing just how much they’ve come on, it was brilliant to watch. There was no shortage of energy and some fantastic teamwork on display throughout.

What stood out most wasn’t just the rugby itself, but the way the players supported each other, kept going, and clearly enjoyed every minute of it. You can really see the progress they’re making each week, and days like this are a great reminder of what mini rugby is all about.

A big thank you to all the coaches, parents and supporters who helped make the morning run so smoothly—and kept the encouragement going from the sidelines.

It was also great to catch up with friends from Lurgan, Portadown, Rainey and Cooke, making it a proper festival atmosphere and a really enjoyable day for everyone involved.

Well done to all our Minis - you did yourselves and Ophir proud!
