This programme is all about fun, friendship, and building confidence in a safe and welcoming environment. Whether your child is completely new to rugby or just wants to try something different, our IRFU-qualified coaches will be there every step of the way.

Sessions begin on Wednesday 6th May (7:00–8:00pm) at the University of Ulster, Jordanstown. The cost is just £10 per player, which also includes a free programme T-shirt.

We’d love to see as many new faces as possible and help grow the girls’ game at Ophir RFC.
