It is with deep regret that we announce the passing of Ex-President and life long member John Bell who passed away peacefully on 31st August 2024.

The committee and members of Ophir RFC extend their deepest sympathy to all of John's family and friends at this sad time.
John was a huge part of Ophir and his vibrant personality will be greatly missed.

The funeral service will be at 11am on Thursday 5th September in St Bernard's Church, 165 Road, Newtownabbey. BT36 6JU.
