Ophir Rugby Premier league Last Man Standing

With a return of The Premier league on Friday night our Competition got underway.
Arsenal put in a good performance against Crystal Palace which 3 of our players backed them.

Unfortunately last years Runners Up Liverpool stuttered at newly promoted Fulham which meant we lost 5 players in the early kick-off, Unlucky Charlie, Ruth, Calum, Michelle and Rachel.

Saturday finished with us losing a total of 10 players after Nottingham Forest(Will) , Aston Villa(Ashley, Daniel and Josh) and Everton(Tom) all lost their games but the hotly backed Tottenham Hotspur cruised through their match 4 - 1. Credit to Ed Collins for his amazing pick of Leeds Utd which paid off and got him into Week 2.

On to Sunday and we Unfortunately lost Leicester City (Hammer) after dropping a 2 Nil lead they ended up drawing 2 all. The Best result of the weekend must go to Brighton after they defeated Man Utd 2 - 1 at Old Trafford which meant we lost (Richard and Peter). To finish off the games Man City won their game and was backed by Elizabeth Carmichael.
