GET READY!
Preseason kicks off in in 2 weeks and this year we will be doing things differently.
Training will be for all sections (Senior men and women, Azlans and Youth) every Tuesday and Thursday nights starting on Tuesday 19 July at 7pm.
The sessions will run for 4 weeks up until the Ophir 7s when each section will be returning to training individually on their designated days.
An additional fitness session is also available for everyone on Saturday mornings from 10.30am
